Insurance is securing the financial coverage of an unforsaken loss or tragedy and to help prevent having to deal with guessing the “What If” outcome of it all.  “What If” you don’t have it? You or your family then have to deal with the consequences. 
Would you go driving around in your new car without car insurance? Buying a house is one of the biggest financial investments a person does. Why would you risk losing it when you are working hard to make a payment every month? Why leave your family unprotected?
Now, it is hard enough to make ends meet every single month as it is. Why would you leave a financial burden to your children “If” you died? Leaving a mortgage note on top of your burial expense!
